For investors

Autonomous agents that read the market like film.

Ballhwk is a bench of AI agents that scout, read, and call trades around the clock — built on the same instinct a cornerback uses to close a route before it breaks. This page walks through what it is, how it works, and where it stands today.

The loop that runs 24 hours a day — never off the field.
How it works

Four stages, running continuously, on every symbol you're watching.

No single agent makes a call alone. Each stage exists so a bad read in one place gets checked by the next, the same way a coaching staff cross-checks film before Monday's game plan.

01

Scout

Pulls live price, volume, news, and macro data on a rolling schedule — the raw film.

02

Read

Five specialist agents read the field in parallel: technicals, sentiment, risk, news, macro conditions.

03

Call

The Coordinator weighs every read against the others and calls the play — buy, sell, or hold.

04

Film review

Every call gets graded against what actually happened, and that grade adjusts how much weight each agent gets next time.

The bench

Six agents, each with one job, none of them making the final call alone.

Film Study

Reads price action and technical patterns — moving averages, momentum, support and resistance.

Technical analysis

Scouting Report

Reads sentiment and positioning — options flow, chatter volume, what the crowd is leaning toward.

Sentiment analysis

Secondary Coverage

Watches for volatility spikes, halt risk, and position-sizing red flags before anyone else acts.

Risk monitoring

Press Box

Synthesizes breaking news and filters signal from noise so a headline doesn't get overweighted.

News synthesis

Field Conditions

Tracks the macro backdrop — rates, dollar strength, sector correlation — that every call sits inside of.

Macro context

Offensive Coordinator

Weighs all five reads, resolves disagreement, and is the only agent that produces an actual call.

Built to fail safe

Autonomous doesn't mean unsupervised. The rails are the feature.

An agent bench that trades around the clock is only worth building if it's safe to leave running unattended. Every one of these is enforced in code, not policy.

  • $

    Hard position & loss limits

Max size per trade and max daily loss are numbers the founder sets — never something an agent can override to "make a call work."

  • Kill switch

One toggle halts all trading activity instantly, checked first by every execution run before anything else happens.

  • Paper trading before live

The execution agent runs on simulated orders first — long enough to see the rails actually trigger during a losing streak, not just a calm week — before it ever touches real capital.

  • Immutable audit log

Every order attempt is logged, including the ones the system refused to place and why.

Under the hood

Built on infrastructure chosen for reliability, not novelty.

Who's building it

Tyrone Williams

Founder & solo technical builder

Former NFL cornerback and Super Bowl champion — Manatee High School, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Green Bay Packers. Now a solo technical founder who designs, builds, and ships every platform in his portfolio personally, across NIL compliance, real estate intelligence, caregiver marketplaces, and diamond price intelligence, among others. Ballhwk is the first product built directly from that on-field instinct: read the play before it fully develops, react faster than a conscious decision.

Where things stand

The ask

Raising a friends & family round to fund development through live trading validation.

Ballhwk is currently self-funded and built solo. This round is to accelerate the path from paper trading to a live, risk-validated system, and to formalize the company structure around it.

Terms, structure, and documentation will be handled directly and formally, with counsel — nothing here is an offer. If you want the real numbers and paperwork, reach out and we'll set up a conversation.

Important notes. Ballhwk is in active development. As of this writing, there is no live trading track record — all figures shown in product materials (accuracy rates, signal counts, and similar metrics) are illustrative placeholders for demonstration purposes only and do not represent actual trading performance.

This page is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment in Ballhwk will be governed by formal agreements prepared with legal counsel. Statements about future plans, features, or performance are forward-looking and involve substantial uncertainty.

Trading securities involves risk, including risk of loss. Nothing on this page, or in the Ballhwk product, constitutes financial or investment advice. Past or hypothetical performance, where referenced, is not indicative of future results.
